Trace the costume shapes. Transfer the patterns to the crafts foam. Cut out the crafts-foam shapes.
Glue the horns and ears to the backs of the devil and Dracula lollipops.
Coil an 8-inch-long green chenille stem; fold it in half to form the alien's antennae. Cut two devil's tails, and insert a red chenille stem between them. Shape the stem into a curve, and wrap the other end around the lollipop stick.
Add faces and other details as desired. Use a short piece of chenille stem to hold the cape on each lollipop.
